DESCRIPTION
The detachable joint is composed of flange loose sleeve expansion joint, short pipe flange, force transfer screw and other components, which can reduce the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the pipeline installation error. The detachable force transfer joint can not absorb the axial displacement.
The detachable joint is applicable to the pipeline connected with the flange on both sides. During installation, adjust the installation length between the two ends of the product and the flange, and tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to make it a whole with a certain displacement, which is convenient for adjustment according to the field size during installation and maintenance. During operation, the axial thrust can be transmitted to the whole pipeline.
Product material: flange A pipe GGG50; rubber ring EPDM; pressure flange GGGG50; flange B pipe GGG50; bolts are galvanized to grade 4.8; the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin anticorrosive coating, WRAS certification;
Product parameters: specifications from DN40 to DN2000mm. Flange drilling and pressure have PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40 pressure levels.
