Flexible joints are widely used in mines, power plants, sewage treatment and other fields. They have a new low-cost connection mode that omits compensators and flanges. Due to their special design pressure, under certain pressure conditions, the pressure is linearly proportional to the sealing effect. Compared with traditional connectors such as compensators and extenders, they have an effect that they cannot achieve, Moreover, there is no flange connection and the installation is convenient. One or even more parts of a pipeline can replace the flange, which brings convenience to the construction and greatly reduces the waste. It breaks the monopoly of the traditional coarse, heavy and stupid retractors and quickly becomes a new way of pipeline connection.
The flexible joint is very suitable for the installation of socket pipes and pipelines. Two socket pipes can be connected for quick and easy installation and removal. The pipeline is allowed to have a deviation of +3° when connecting the pipeline, so that the normal movement of the pipeline (such as ground settlement, etc.) can be allowed after the pipeline is connected. The product can be used in laying pipelines with large bending radius due to the deflection angle. Product design and manufacturing are in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 system, and the surface anticorrosive materials have passed the most stringent WRAS certification and can be used for drinking water. The flexible joints are coated with WRAS certified water quality epoxy powder coatings. For this anti-corrosion coating, we provide excellent protection from transportation, storage, on-site and corrosion damage. We provide rubber rings and gaskets made of EPDM, NBR, SBR, and nuts and bolts are made of carbon steel and stainless steel, providing long-term rust protection.
Flexible joints are divided into wide-range flexible joints, PVC pipe flexible joints, ductile iron flexible joints. The material is Ductile Iron, rubber ring is made by SBR, EPDM or other, pressure flange GGG50, bolt 6.8 grade, surface sprayed with epoxy resin.
